Shipping policy

The Stuff and Nonsense Shop ships products to the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the UK, France, European countries, Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, and many other countries. Please make sure that your shipping address is a street address, as we do not deliver to PO boxes. 

Note to North-American, Canadian and Australian buyers
As a buyer from France, you are the “importer” of goods. Goods entering your country may be inspected by Customs and Border Protection and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes and charges, if any. It is the importer's responsibility to account for any duties and/or taxes, while ensuring compliance with Customs regulations.

Refused shipment/delivery failure
It is important that each customer provide us with the correct shipping information. Any orders placed with incorrect addresses and/or zip codes that need to be corrected by UPS for delivery will incur an additional charge. Any shipments that are returned to the Stuff and Nonsense Shop by shipping carriers due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address supplied by customer, undeliverable address or delivery failure due to lack of availability on recipient's part will not be automatically refunded.

Refunds
Refunds that are requested and approved by the Stuff and Nonsense Shop will be issued to your credit card. If you wish that the order be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will be billed equivalent to actual shipping charges or published shipping charges, whichever is greater. Please make sure that your shipping address is a street address, as we do not deliver to a PO Box. Please be aware that there are absolutely no refunds on international orders.

Order tracking
You will receive an automated email notification to inform you about your order status.

Loss and damaged merchandise
Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify carrier if shipment is lost or damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

Out of stock items
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on the Stuff and Nonsense site. You will be notified if an item is out of stock prior to placing the order. If for some reason an item becomes unavailable between the time you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified immediately and a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order.

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of the invoice within SEVEN DAYS. All items must be new and unused, preferably in the original packaging, with the freight prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns after SEVEN DAYS or without an invoice.

Please inspect and check the items that you ordered once you receive them. Please use a traceable shipping method (UPS, FEDEX, or insured mail) to return your order. The Stuff and Nonsense Shop is not responsible for return orders that we do not receive or if the returned order is damaged during shipping. You don't need to get authorisation from us to return an order.

Our right to refuse your order
We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason. If we refuse your order we will notify you by email and a full refund of your order will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
